This Boston Whaler came in with stress cracks across the hull and deck. We ground out each crack, repaired the laminate underneath, and filled and faired the repairs.
The hull, deck and interior were then long-board sanded straight with guide coat, primed, and sprayed in Alexseal in our paint booth. The walkaround video shows the finished paint up close.
