The original wood-cored transom had rotted out, so we cut it open, removed the wet core and rebuilt it with Coosa composite board, which won't rot. We also replaced the fuel tank and built a custom windscreen.
On the exterior, we revised the hull's body lines before paint. The hull was long-board sanded straight with guide coat, then sprayed in Alexseal: metallic blue with silver and white graphics laid out along the new lines. The videos show the finished paint in the shop.
